La Ronda Forsey is Associate Dean for the College of Education & International Services and Principal of Griggs International Academy. Ms. Forsey has been serving in education for 31 years. She previously served as the Principal of Atlanta Adventist Academy (AAA) in Atlanta, Georgia. Her career began at Forest Lake Academy in Apopka, Florida, where she spent ten years teaching English. Her years of experience in administration began in 1996 with a six-year stint as Vice Principal, as well as being an English and ESL teacher at Maxwell Adventist Academy in Nairobi, Kenya. In 2002, she moved back to the U.S. where she served for three years as Vice-Principal of Marketing and Recruiting for Campion Academy in Loveland, Colorado, before spending six years at Atlanta Adventist Academy. During her time at AAA, enrollment doubled and it became an innovative multi-campus school with three metro Atlanta sites and five partner schools using interactive simultaneous videoconferencing technology. Ms. Forsey holds a BA in English from Southern Adventist University and MS in Educational Administration from Scranton University.
