Introduction

In August, I had the opportunity to visit a new school affiliated with Griggs China to assess their new facilities and meet their staff in person. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who treated me with exceptional kindness and professionalism, setting a positive tone for the visit.

The primary objective of this visit was to evaluate the suitability of the school's premises, facilities, equipment, and security measures.

The school offered a secure, well-maintained, and inviting environment conducive to effective learning.

GIIC GIA Center

Kunshan Global International IELTS Centre (GIIC GIA Center)

Kunshan GIIC will be running the 5-credit Top-up Program from September. The school sits within a well-maintained building occupying the first three floors, with the third floor being the primary teaching space. The classroom space there is spacious, functional, and designed to encourage group discussions and active learning. Students also benefit from a shared common room, which serves as a comfortable space for relaxation and social interaction between classes—a thoughtful addition that contributes to the overall learning experience.

The school currently enrols about 60 students in mostly after-school and holiday programs; however, GIA students would attend full time Monday to Friday. For the GIA courses that the school will run, the facilities are desirable.

Conclusion

Our collaboration with partner schools is something we take great pride in, especially when those schools prioritize the details that ensure students feel safe, supported, and engaged in a positive learning environment. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at GIIC for their hospitality and dedication. It was a pleasure to visit, and I look forward to returning in the future to continue our work together.
