“拥抱不确定，疯狂进化”

2022年11月18日（星期五）上海宏润博源学校邀请沪上各大知名教育机构120多名代表亲临美丽校园，以“拥抱不确定，疯狂进化”为主题，进行了行业经验的坦诚交流和国际特色教育未来发展态势的深入研讨。国际形势波诡云谲，国内疫情反反复复，面对如此复杂的情势，上海宏润博源学校借此“思享荟”之契机，向外界彰显了学校不畏风雨、拥抱“变化”、勇于“进化”的教育笃定。

On November 18, Friday, 2022, Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School invited more than 120 representatives from well-known educational institutions in Shanghai to visit its beautiful campus. Focusing on "Embrace Uncertainty, Evolve Dynamically", they had a candid exchange of industry experience and an in-depth discussion on the future  trend of international education with its own characteristics. The current world landscape is unpredictable and the Covid pandemic keeps recurring in China. Faced with such a complex situation, Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School seizes this opportunity to show its determination to embrace “changes” and its courage to “evolve” in spite of difficulties and setbacks.

“思享荟”上，陈文国总校长首先做了开场演讲，他将自己从近期参加的多场关于国际特色教育的高峰会议中所接收到的重要信息分享给与会嘉宾，让大家都能清晰地把握未来一段时期国家对国际特色教育的定位和期许，知晓宏观政策对于行业的支持和规范，明确对外开放的坚定不移和新时代的历史机遇。进而坚定并鼓舞大家的信心，同时鼓励大家努力修炼好内功，充实教育内涵，以高质量的教育应对不确定的内外部环境。

At the conference, Principal Bowen Chen first made an opening speech. He shared with the guests present the important information he had received from several recent summits on education he had attended recently , so that everyone could have a clear picture of our country's positioning and expectations for international education in the years to come, be aware of the support and standardization that the national policies provide for the industry, and be sure of our country’s unswerving commitment to opening up and the historic opportunities in the new era. Bowen further inspired all the guests by building up their confidence, and meanwhile, he encouraged them to focus on reinforcing their strengths, enrich the connotation of education, and to handle the uncertain internal and external environment with high-quality education.

然后，会议邀请了中欧商学院的博凡老师从“藤校学生画像”的视角对主题进行了阐释，也向与会人员进步明晰了世界知名学府对优秀国际学生的要求和标准，也进一步阐述了适应未来世界发展的人才所要求的素养和培养路径。当前国际特色教育的主要的任务就是将目光锁定在未来对人才要求的大趋势，认真打磨自己的教育实践，做好教育内涵。

Then, Mr. Bo Fan from China Europe International Business School was invited at the conference to explain the theme from the perspective of "Portrait of Ivy League students". He also made clear to those present at the meeting the requirements and standards world-renowned universities held for outstanding international students, and further elaborated on the qualities and training paths required of talents to adapt to the development of the future world. At present, the main task that international education has to undertake is to concentrate on the general trend of what the future will require of talents, carefully polish up its own education practice, and enrich educational connotation.

形势不确定，优秀人才的培养标准也在变化，到底该怎样调整自己的计划规划呢？紧接着，上海国际教育交流协会秘书长李维平先生、知名国际教育平台蓝橡树创始人张末先生和我校十二年级蔡晗啸同学以圆桌论坛的形式阐释自己对不确定性以及如何破解“不确定”的思考。

Faced with uncertain situation and changing standards for cultivating outstanding talents, how should we adjust our own planning? Then, Mr. Li Weiping, Secretary General of Shanghai Association for International Education Exchange, Mr. Zhang Mo, founder of Blue Oak, a well-known international education platform, and Cai Hanxiao, a 12th grader of SHBS, explained their thoughts on uncertainty and how to cope with "uncertainty" at a round-table forum.

为表达学校对各大机构所给予的支持和帮助的感谢，本次“思享荟”特设置了两大奖项，分别是宏润杰出贡献奖和宏润卓越贡献奖。

In order to express our school’s gratitude to all the organizations for their support and assistance, two awards were set up at the conference, namely the Hongrun Outstanding Contribution Award and the Hongrun Prominent Contribution Award. Please refer to the two lists below for agencies or organizations which won the above two awards.

最后，宏润博源外方校长Christopher Moses做总结性发言。Chris校长在多个场合反复强调学生要敢于自信地讲好自己的故事，他在本次会议上仍然笃定自己的观点，并且肯定一个开放、包容，充满人文关怀的社区对于鼓励学生去尝试和探索的重大意义，肯定在和谐的环境中培养学生敢于直面“不确定性”的能力是非常重要的，也是未来世界需要的重要素养。

Finally, Christopher Moses, Foreign Principal of SHBS gave a concluding speech. He reiterated on several occasions that students should be brave enough to tell their own stories confidently. He still firmly held his own opinion at this meeting, and approved of the significance of an open, inclusive and humanistic community where students are encouraged to try and explore. He also stressed that it is very important to cultivate students' ability to face "uncertainty" in a harmonious environment, and such ability is also required by the future world.

一场“思享荟”不仅是行业精英的荟萃，更是国际特色教育前沿思考的荟萃，或许合众人之力、聚同仁之智就是在不确定中把握确定性，进而行稳致远的有效举措。

This conference is not only a gathering of international education elites, but also a gathering of cutting-edge thoughts in the circle of international education. Perhaps the gathering of many comrades’ strength and wisdom is the effective measure we should take to deal with uncertainty and make steady progress.
