School sometimes gives us huge stress. Rather than working all day, the right amount of free time seems like a choice. Here are some ways to relax and unwind yourself from "School Stress".
Try to get away from electronic devices
and go out for a walk!
Get away from computers and mobile phones. TV, video games, messenger and social media won't let your brain rest, you might feel happy and fun for a short time. However, afterwards you will feel more pressure and tension.
Life is better when we're laughing!
Meet with friends! There is nothing else that reduces stress and encourages you more than conversations with your loved ones. Try to talk with someone, talk about what is making you stressed, make some jokes and laugh.
To do your best you need to rest!
Don't work till it's your limit. Right amount of work is as important as resting . If you work too much, you won't have any power to rest. Try to make a schedule or set a timer while you are working to make sure you don't overwork yourself.
